It gives me joy to work with the elderly (and everyone) because they always show their gratitude and appreciation for what I do. I enjoy making a positive impact in people’s lives.

Supporting people at home is a rewarding job. At the end of the day I’m so honoured I made a difference in their lives. To see the smiles on their face makes me realize how the small things matters, as long we do them with compassion.

I love working with seniors/ injured people because with proper, attentive and respectful care, you can ensure that they retain their dignity and empowerment. At Big Hearts, we do not only assess the patients’ health, but also we assess their needs for quality of life.
